Beginner Lessons (Ages 5+)
Introduction to grooming, tacking, groundwork, and mounted work — safety, communication, and confidence-building. -
Intermediate/Advanced Lessons
Advanced groundwork, equitation, transitions, balance, and show prep — focused on softness, responsiveness, and connection. -
Show Team Coaching
Riders may be eligible to attend local shows with us or have us travel to shows with them. We specialize in Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Showmanship, and Lunge Line.
General Riding Lessons vs. Show Lessons
If you're just starting your journey into horseback riding, our general riding lessons are perfect for you. You'll learn the basics of riding, proper horse care, and essential techniques that will lay a solid foundation for your equestrian journey. On the other hand, if you're a seasoned rider looking to take your skills to the next level and excel in competitions, our show lessons will help you refine your technique and master the intricacies of your chosen discipline.

At Lasting Impression Horsemanship, we offer flexible lesson options for riders of all levels. Pricing vairies by location but starts at $60. You’re welcome to use one of our well-trained lesson horses, or bring your own.
Whether you're riding for fun, building confidence, or preparing for competition, we’ll help you choose a program that fits your goals and budget.
Important Health Policy for Outside Horses:
If you're trailering your own horse to our facility, please note the following requirements for everyone’s safety:
• Proof of 5-way vaccination
• Rabies vaccination
• Strangles vaccination (Haslett Location only)
• Negative Coggins test within the past 12 months
These health protocols help protect your horse, our horses, and all animals on the property.
